Holiday Club

Going Bananas in 2006

Just think tropical islands, warm seas and sandy beaches then add 70 children and their equally excited helpers and leaders –

St Mary's Holiday Club 2006 is Going Bananas!

This Christian, fun based, interactive holiday club is being run for 5 mornings during the week beginning 14th August 2005 and is based at the Fitzwilliam Centre, St Marys Church, Beaconsfield. This is the 2nd St Mary''s Holiday Club building on the success and popularity of Megaquest 2005.

Daily activities will include: team games, arts and craft, cooking, music, drama and worship. We can promise an active fun filled week.

The club is primarily for children from St Mary's Church and St Mary's School, in the age range 5-11 years. Registration forms available here in early June 2006. No advance registration possible!

Timings: drop off

Children check in to the Holiday Club from 9.30 for a 10am start every day.

Timings: pick up

Each session will end at 12.45pm and children should be collected promptly please! Children will only be released to their Parent/Guardian or the person named on the Registration form unless you specify in writing beforehand.

How much does it cost?

We will be charging a fee of £1.00 per child per session. Please include payment with the registration form together with an SAE. Cheques should be made payable to St Mary’s Holiday Club.

What do we do now?

Please complete a registration/medical form for each child and return the forms with payment and an SAE to St Mary’s Holiday Club c/o 139 Holtspur Top Lane, Beaconsfield by Friday 30 June 2006.  Please send your form in as soon as you can - late application may result in disappointment.

Once we have processed the application forms we will write back to you to let you know if we have been able to offer a place to your child – then it all starts on Monday 14 August. The Holiday Club ends with a party on the evening of Friday 18 August for all the children and helpers and their families and friends. There will also be a celebratory service on Sunday 20 August at 10am for all involved!

We hope to see you in August!
